Psyllium seeds are sourced from approved growers and aggregators located in major psyllium-growing regions of India. Only raw material meeting our internal specifications with respect to foreign matter, moisture, color, purity, and infestation is approved for processing.
Manufacturing partners operate under established food safety systems including GFSI Standards. All production is carried out strictly as per our defined specifications and quality protocols.
Processing controls include controlled dehusking and milling, sieve and mesh selection, metal detection, and thorough cleaning. Product specifications are customized based on end application, buyer standards, and country-specific regulations. Private labeling and customized brand packaging are available on request.
Each production batch undergoes mandatory batch-wise testing before dispatch. Testing parameters include:
– Physical: Color, particle size, bulk density
– Chemical: Moisture, ash, acid-insoluble ash
Microbiological parameters
Testing is conducted through in-house laboratories at manufacturing units and NABL-accredited third-party laboratories. No material is released without meeting agreed specifications.
Products are subjected to validated sterilization processes and microbiological controls as required by import country regulations and buyer-specific expectations.
Complete documentation is provided with every shipment, including:
– Certificate of Analysis (COA)
– Batch details and traceability records
– Microbiological test reports
– FSSAI / Health Certificate (if required)
– Country-specific export documents
